• Niederbauen

    Niederbauen

Niederbauen is a unique starting point for hikes (alpine cheese dairies game observation trail, Niederbauen-Chulm) and paragliding flights in what is probably the most beautiful flying area in Central Switzerland. The cable car station is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For shorter hiking trips, we recommend the path to Alp Tritt (approx. 20 min.) or to Niederbauen Chulm (approx. 1 h 20 min.).

  • Mountain Dairy

    Mountain Dairy

In the middle of the village of Seelisberg, above the Rütli at 805 m above sea level, natural mountain cheeses are produced from fresh raw milk directly from the mountain farmer Aschwanden. Lush alpine meadows, untreated mountain milk and traditional cheese-making skills ensure the typical taste of Seelisberg mountain cheese. A small shop is also integrated into the mountain cheese dairy. In addition to its own mountain cheese, a select range of other delicious products is also available.
